With summer officially over and the kids back to school, it's time to start thinking about hitting the slopes! According to our favorite weather source, SnowForecast.com, El Nino is coming this winter! So what exactly is El Nino? El Nino is warming surface temperatures in the Equatorial Pacific waters. El Nino conditions will almost certainly lead to more rain and snow than average across Southern California. This is exciting news for winter sport lovers! 2013 Program Dates       We are excited to announce the 2013 program dates: January 12, 26; February 2, 9 & 23. Please note that the program will begin earlier this winter (prior to the MLK holiday weekend). No classes will be held on 1/19/13 (MLK holiday weekend) or 2/16/13 (President's weekend). Orientation dates will be held in early December (10-15) and early January (7-9).
